Welcome to Charlton Village Hall
Set in the heart of the picturesque village of Charlton near Malmesbury in Wiltshire, the hall is surrounded by the well maintained and beautiful recreation ground and play area.
Charlton Village Hall was built in 1982 and provides facilities for a wide range of events, whether it is a community or social event, children's party, wedding reception, sporting and meeting activities.
Being in the centre of the community the hall boasts a spacious car park making it a perfect place near Malmesbury to hire for any function.
Charlton Village Hall Facilities
ENTRANCE
Charlton Village Hall has a wheelchair friendly access entrance lobby with two comfortable sofas and coat hooks.
MAIN HALL
The main hall is a light and spacious area with wooden floor and large French doors that open on to a patio area and views over the recreation ground and countryside.
This area can accommodate up to 100 people seated and 150 (maximum) for other functions. Within this area there is a fitted bar with door to the kitchen area and a small serving hatch to the kitchen.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is accessed from the entrance lobby and is a fully equipped kitchen with cupboards, tea urn, kettle sink, fridge, cooker, oven and hob.
There is a reasonable amount of hall crockery and cutlery provided for hire to cater for approximately 80 people, but we recommend for large functions to hire in crockery and cutlery.

Fun Run through Charlton Park - 6th May
For the fun run on the 6th of May, tickets are £5 and the run through the Estate is roughly an hour long.
We are also planning our Annual Sausage & Beer Fest.
Charlton Village Hall kitchen upgrade
The kitchen refurbishment has been put on hold as there is a possibility of gaining further funding for this project.
